RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However if a problem arises please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it. 

Returns can be made in person to our shop or by post within 30 days.  
All items must be returned in original packaging with receipt in unused condition. We retain the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met
Postal returns are made at your expense. We recommend a tracked postal service especially for jewellery. We are not responsible for items lost in the post and you will not receive a refund

Standard delivery costs will only be refunded if the entire delivery is returned (unless the entire order was faulty or incorrect). We reserve the right to wait for your goods to be returned before refunding.

DAMAGED ITEMs
We hope your purchase arrives with you in pristine condition. If however your item arrives broken please you must let us know within 2 days of delivery
