Returns can be made in person to our shop or by post within 30 days.
All items must be returned in original packaging with receipt in unused condition. We retain the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met
Postal returns are made at your expense. We recommend a tracked postal service especially for jewellery. We are not responsible for items lost in the post and you will not receive a refundStandard delivery costs will only be refunded if the entire delivery is returned (unless the entire order was faulty or incorrect). Care Instructions
While Roka bags are washable, usually a simple wet sponge does the job. The materials used are designed to be durable and weather resistant. And the straps will become softer and more comfortable with each use.
